I purchase two WP themes from Themeforest.com (aka, Envato), one was compatible with the previous version of WordPress, it did say that on top of the page but not highlighted the way it should, it seem deliberate that they do that. I’ve purchase or use many wordpress templates iand never really had an issue with a template not fully working specially with just a version away.

When I filled a dispute with Paypal, Envato the owner of Themeforest.com has disabled my account only then later after protesting that the template was a lemon and when i search for it others have express similar concerns with that template and the designer makes promises to update the template but could never get around it. Envato then email to say that they cannot issue a refund but they will fully credit me and I thought that was fair enough so I tried login in and finding out that my account is still disabled and after emailing them again I still could not get a reply and it seem that I will probably wont ever.

I think they would rather have $32 than keeping a good reputation, I would have purchase more in the future but since the support and that they sell a Lemon for a template I will look elsewhere.

Envato seem to be an Australian company and they have a hatred for U.S buyers.
